Manager identified contents and labeled chemicals.

Core-3-501.11, C: Frozen Food..........Frozen food in door freezer thawed. Manager stated he had found door ajar this morning. Manager discarded thawed items and checked to ensure no cross contamination had occurred from the thaw. Requested manager monitor freezer to ensure it is working properly.
