PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-202.12, P: Conditions of Use-----Observed the concentration on bleach sanitizing solution to be greater then 200 ppm in the 3 compartment sink. Had person in charge discard solution and remake new with correct concentration. Discussed importance of proper sanitizer concentration.
