PRIORITY VIOLATION-2-301.14, P: When to Wash -- Observed employee working at cash register putting on gloves to handle food. Employee did not wash hands before placing gloves on. Instructed employee that hands must be washed before donning gloves and coming into contact with food. PIC will retrain employees. PRIORITY VIOLATION-2-301.12, P: Cleaning Procedure-- Observed employee washing hands for approximately 10 seconds. Discussed that hand washing should be a minimum of 15 seconds with 5 seconds of lathering. Proper hand washing procedure was demonstrated. PIC will retrain employees.
