A re-inspection has been scheduled for Wednesday 8-17-2016 to follow up on today's noted violation. Provided Hand washing sign, Provided Big 5 Illnesses, provide guide line for using time as control at the breakfast line, Provide date mark label. Ch. Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
