Priority Foundation-3-501.19 (A1, B2, C2-3), Pf: Time as a Public Health Control; Documentation--French Fries at 78 Degree F. in a metal pan under the flat grill was not being documented with time (when was French Fries moved out of freezer?) time shall be labeled when stored at room temperature --- beginning time and discarded time shall be on labeled on container as discussed on last inspection --- please be advised, this is a repeated violation on a routine inspection. French Fries has been discarded and new batch was replaced with time noted on container at time of inspection.

Priority Foundation-7-101.11, Pf: Identifying Information, Prominence-Original Containers---blue liquid spray bottle noted without proper identify label --- addressed health code violation with staff --- male staff now labeled the spray bottle upon inspection.
