OC Re-Inspection. Inspection conducted for the kitchen and bar. Met with Ron (Director of Engineering and Grounds) and chef. Correct the following items: 1)Finish cleaning under/behind bar equipment. 2)Finish repairing/replacing damaged flooring as needed. To be completed by June 1, 2022. 3)Remove combo oven that is not operational. 4)Finish sealing gaps in the vent hoods. 5)Remove metal piping downstream of the RPZ backflow preventer in the wait station. 6)Finish remaining trim/detail work. 7)Repair ceiling areas in poor repair in the dish wash area. To be completed by June 1, 2022. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report sent via email.
