Equipment Inspection 80% - E&D Class 3 This inspection was conducted with the owner. A PDF copy of today's inspection report was emailed to Epitacio P. at the time of this inspection. Address the following prior to final permit approval; 1. Ensure that all refrigerated food equipment is running and able to maintain foods at 41°F or less. 2. Ensure that all sinks have hot and cold water. 3. Reposition the hot and cold water valves on the hand sinks so that there are in the proper position to be fully functional. 4. Ensure all chemical dispensers have proper air-gaps or adequate backflow protection. 5. Provide metal cove base at the floor/wall junctures on the outside of the walk-in units. 6. Provide separate hard piped drain lines to a floor sink with minimum 1 in. air-gaps for the ice maker. 7. Provide a self-closer for the restroom door that still does not have one. 8. Provide a cover for the grease trap lids in the kitchen that is easily cleanable. 9. Provide grates for all floor sinks. No county legal action will result from this inspection.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
