Plumbing Inspection - E&D Class 4 This inspection was conducted with the contractor. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Reynaldo G. at the time of this inspection. No county legal action will result from this inspection. Address the following prior to final permit approval. 1. Relocate the front service area hand sink to be visible and within 25 ft. of all work spaces as discussed. 2. Provide a sneeze guard with top and side covers for the salad bar. 3. Provide a dedicated water line at the mop sink for chemical dispensers. Mop sink faucets cannot be used to supply water to chemical dispensers. 4. Provide metal cove base at the floor/wall junctures on the inside and exposed outside portions of the walk-in units. Do not use ceramic cove base tiles in these areas. 5. Provide a cove base finish at all floor/wall junctures and floor/cabinet junctures throughout the kitchen, front service area and restrooms. 6. Ensure that there is no exposed bare wood or insulation above the front service area. 7. Provide a certified, drinking water safe, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the soda fountain carbonator. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this device must be plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass.

Priority foundation violation is a minor violation that does not directly contribute to an increased risk of foodborne illness but failure to correct this violation may lead to the occurrence of a priority violation.
e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
