Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager ---- No poof of a certified food manager on duty at time of inspection. Discussed with person in charge that there needs to be at least one Certified Food Manager at the establishment at all time. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspected at NWC of 27ths Ave and Camelback Report printed and handed to operator.
