Core-6-201.11, C: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability - Caulking is missing above the hand wash station nearest 3 compartment sink between the sink and the wall. Cove base is also missing below the sink. Various areas throughout facility have wall damage or signs of erosion on the wall. Please resurface these areas to provide a smooth, easily cleanable surface that is also durable and non-absorbent.
