This establishment received a B Grade and had 1 Priority, 2 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. Reviewed with manager: double and triple gloving, temperature vs. time as a control for TCS foods, 60 second soak in sanitizer solution at 3-compartment sink, obtaining bleach for d/v accident clean up procedures. Routine inspection report was emailed to person in charge at establishment. Inspection report confirmed received. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
