Inspection Comments

Onsite advisory conducted with kitchen manager. During routine inspection for FD-47581, observed no running water throughout school kitchen. Per PIC, running water was lost about 1 hour prior to inspection. Repair people were onsite at time of inspection. Establishment only had pre-packaged food items at time with lunch ending shortly. Establishment agreed to not handle or prepare any open food items until repairs are completed and running water is restored to kitchen. Establishment has plan in place to utilize catering from, FD-11170, to received only pre-packaged food items that do not require any open food handling. Follow up inspection on 11/29/2023. Reviewed permit suspension policy and imminent health hazards with PIC. Report emailed. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
