School no longer in session. Basic facilities check completed. This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. Observed dishwasher using quaternary ammonia instead of chlorine. Inspector attempted to flush out quaternary ammonia with water prior to verifying the machine with chlorine but machine had measurable quaternary ammonia during the duration of trying to flush it. Inspector strongly suggests having ProClean come out and make sure the machine is free from Quaternary ammonia before running chlorine. Notice of Inspection Rights verbally acknowledged by Lori K. A copy of the inspection report was emailed and it’s receipt was verified. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
