Establishment not accessible at time of inspection. Upon arrival at 9:45am, on 11/28/2023, business was not opened, and no signage had been posted indicating a change in hours. Inspector left voicemail with permit owner to inquire about new operating hours and to schedule a routine inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
