PIC stated that the chicken was recently placed in the unit within the last 20 minutes and had the chicken reheated. Ensure that PHF/TCS foods items are held at 135F or above when hot holding.

VIRTUAL INSPECTION – COVID-19 PIC ( Marybeth D.) verbally acknowledged the inspection rights. A pattern of non-compliance for foodborne illness risk factor violation # 19, 3-501.16 has been noted during this inspection. An Active Managerial Control Intervention Plan visit was offered to the person in charge. Failure to correct repeat violations may result in legal action. Emailed the inspection report. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
