Spoke with kitchen manager Heather C. to discuss additional details of the remodel that was observed during the routine inspection that took place on 7/11. After the discussion, it was determined that a remodel permit will not be required at this time. Discussed with kitchen manager that a remodel permit will be required in the future prior to the start of any qualifying construction that would require a remodel permit. No County legal action will result from the routine inspection on 7/11 or the observations made.
