Hot water has been restored to establishment. Observed water temperatures to not be consistent throughout all sinks. Hot water was observed at 112* at prep sink and hovering between 90-100*F at hand sinks and three compartment sink. When temperatures were taken approximately ten minutes later, water was observed at 100*F at hand sinks. Discussed with PIC that hot water heater may not be working properly. PIC called a plumber to assess the problem at the time of re-inspection. If establishment needs to replace water heater, hot water heater must have a capacity of at least 75 gallons. PIC stated that they will switch to pre-packaged meals if hot water is not working properly.
Upon re-inspection, all violations have been corrected.
