Observed a collection of food debris in the standing mixer and a collection dirt on the hooks and whisks for the standing mixer. Person in charge had stated that they are not currently using the mixer and the attachments. Discussed with person in charge on keeping said items clean when in storage or removing the said items. Ensure that the said items are being stored and kept clean.

Person in charge had stated that they are not using the said items and that they are scheduled to be removed from the premises. Discussed with person in charge on removing unnecessary items from the premises. Please remove the said items prior to next routine inspection.
