This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. County legal action may result from this inspection. Inspection rights reviewed with Cecilia F. Inspection report emailed. Catering orders for outside customers and school lunches for the students are prepared simultaneously in the food service kitchen by the kitchen associates. Kitchen associates are cooking TCS items such as raw meats/vegetables/rice in the food service kitchen. Other items on the menu offered are deli/cheese platters, omelets, carving station with beef, and pasta dishes. Customers may place an order through the school district website to receive catering orders. Catering orders are delivered to the location and setup for the customer. Based on the district website the school is in partnership with Chartwells K-12 catering. Per PIC, catering orders are usually prepared Monday-Friday in the mornings (8am-11am) for lunch delivery. Inspector will follow up at a later date regarding the catering orders.
