The person in charge (PIC) stated a portable hand sink is in the process of being purchased for the gym. At the time of inspection, the PIC had employees set up hand washing station with soap, paper towels, and a Cambro of hot water. Ensure at least 1 handwashing station is available in the gym at all times while food is being served.

Of note: The roof of the cafeteria dining area has significant damage and students are unable to eat lunch there. Lunch is temporarily being served in the gymnasium until roof repairs are completed. The estimated time of completion is 1 year. The Environmental Services Department will begin emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees in the coming months.
