Core-6-501.111 (A-B, D), C: Controlling Pests; Monitoring. Observed a few rodent droppings and a chewed ketchup packet in back corner of dry storage room. There is also a corner of floor/ wall juncture in cafeteria that looks to be damaged from rodents. There does not look to be an recent activity. Repair wall, seal any other openings and have a pest treatment conducted.

This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Walked with Melissa. Inspection conducted with RS #943. Cafeteria is undergoing a remodel due to a roof collapse last June (2023). A temporary serving line has been set up in the gymnasium and is in compliance with proper food protection, equipment and a portable hand sink. A remodel application has been applied for but has not been paid for an no inspections have been requested. Had discussed with Josh (maintenance staff) about getting remodel permit paid and making a request for an inspection. Repair work is expected to be completed in May 2024. Emailed report to person in charge (PIC). On July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees. We need a current and accurate email address on file to ensure you receive a copy of your permit card and invoice(s) upon renewal.
