Core-5-203.12, C: Toilets and Urinals ------ In the employee restroom, observed a household toilet seat. Discussed with the manager providing a U-shaped sanitary toilet seat before the next routine inspection. The manager stated that a new toilet seat would be purchased and installed.

A copy of the report was emailed to the manager. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
