Observed the walk in cooler in the kitchen holding at 45*F. Temped TCS foods and they were 44-47*F including milk, cheese, Cream cheese and cut fruit. Made a ice bath to double check thermometers. Told manager they can not serve any TCS foods from the cooler until its fixed. Manager discarded all TCS foods that has been in the cooler for 4+ hours - see embargo form.
