An alcohol swab was used to wipe the organic matter off. Person in charge states they just cleaned it a couple of days ago but will clean it again. Please clean parts inside the ice machine unit frequently to reduce the build up of dust and organic matter.

Core-6-501.112, C: Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and other Pest----Observed several dead cockroaches in both dry storage rooms and beneath the dish washing machine. Person in charge states they will clean them up as soon as possible. Please have dead pest removed as soon as possible to prevent attracting live pest.
