Core-4-903.11(A), (B) and (D) , C: Equipment, Utensils, Linens and Single-Service and Single-Use Articles-Storing; Utensils, Equipment and Linens - Observed drying rack with clean dishware next to beverage area handwashing sink. When employees wash hands, water from handwashing sink splashes onto clean dishware. Advised Chef and person in charge (PIC) that clean dishware/utensils shall be protected from sources of contamination. Chef stated they will either move the drying/storage rack or install a barrier between the handwashing sink and rack.
