The cooler also had an ambient temperature of 47*F. PIC stated the items were placed in the cooler around 7:00 AM today and discarded the items. This cooler will not be used for cold holding TCS food items until it is repaired/replaced and able to maintain an ambient temperature of 41*F or below. Alternate cooler is available to continue operations as normal. Please ensure cold held TCS food item are maintained at 41*F or below.
