Person in charge stated issue will be corrected before next routine inspection to prevent water build up. PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be maintained in good repair.
Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions--- Observed vents with dust build up in kitchen area. Person in charge stated he will have all vents cleaned by this weekend and will keep them clean. PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
