Observed quaternary ammonia sanitizer hooked up to dish machine, which measured at 0 ppm sanitizer. Switched sanitizer to chlorine and primed the line. Dish machine began working properly. Discussed using the correct sanitizer and test strips to ensure machine is dispensing sanitizer correctly.
