Observed Pollo Asado and shredded cheese at 47*f degrees on cookline. Also observed large container of shredded cheese in cookline reach-in at 47*f degrees. Manager stated the cookline was left open during the lunch rush, items moved to walk-in at time of inspection. All temperature control for safety food items must be maintained at or below 41*f degrees at all times.
