PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11, P: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals...Observed a spray bottle that contained quat sanitizer at a concentration of >400 ppm. Manager informed it was for sanitizing food contact surfaces and prepared fresh and adjusted the concentration to 200-400 ppm.
