Observed no chlorine test strips test the chlorine sanitizer solution that is being used at the establishment. Per the person in charge, they did not have any test strips to test their sanitizer solution. Discussed with the person in charge, that the concentration of the sanitizing solution shall be accurately determined by using a test kit or other device. The person in charge was asked to provide by re-inspection.

Per the person in charge, the floor is clean often. Discussed with the person in charge that the floor should be clean as frequently as necessary, during periods when the least amount of food is exposed to prevent build-up.
