The person in charge said they told other manager to order from last inspection but did not get new boards. Manger was asked to resurface or replace for easy cleaning.

Observed significant buildup of food debris in reach in cooler at cooks line where hamburgers are stored. Also reach in cooler across from cooks line. Manager said they will clean.

No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection rights offered/reviewed verbally, to the person in charge/Alexis A. Emailed report to the operator. Discussed keeping back hand sink accessible and removing bucket. Discussed having a regular cleaning schedule implemented. Discussed replacing Quat test strips that are water damaged at three compartment sink.
