PIC stated the landlord had removed the drywall to fix piping behind. Also observed exposed and pitted concrete on the floor in front of dishwashing machine. PIC placed work order with the landlord to have the hole fixed and floors repaired. Always maintain the physical premises clean and in good repair. Core-6-501.114, C: Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter>>>>>Observed unnecessary articles and equipment in back storage area such as chairs, pots, pans and cooking equipment. PIC stated they were in the process of gradually removing it. Always maintain physical premises in clean and working order.
