At time of inspection observed an accumulation of debris built up on the surface of the soda fountain machine where the soda nozzle attaches. Increase cleaning frequency necessary to preclude any build up.

PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11, P: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals At time of inspection observed the sanitize spray bottle located at the front cash register with a reading exceeding 400ppm per inspector and facility's Quat. test strips. The person in charge diluted the solution upon request. Discussed with the person in charge about how the Quat. sanitizer must have a reading between 200 to 400ppm for food contact surfaces.
