Observed towels used for cleaning stored in and on the hand sink in the front by the hot food area. Instructed manager and employee that hand sinks are to be used for hand washing only. Hand towels were removed.

Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence In the area outside the door to water heater room, observed a live roach on the floor. Also observed several dead roaches throughout the back of the store. Discussed pest control with manager. Instructed manager to have proper pest control come and assess the roach situation. This violation will be re-inspected for within 10 days; estimated Sept 9th. This violation is not a repeat violation. Core-6-501.112, C: Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and other Pest Observed approximately 10-15 dead roaches in different areas of the back of the building in the water heater room and in the area by the soda bib shelving. Instructed manager to remove the dead insects as soon as they are discovered to prevent them from becoming food for other insects. This violation is a repeat violation. Instructed manager to have this corrected prior to next routine inspection.

Inspection report delivered via email. Notes: Discussed cleaning 3 compartment sink between using it for other items. Re-inspection for violation #36, regarding the observed live roach, will be conducted on 9/9/2022.
