Priority Foundation-7-102.11, Pf: Common Name-Working Containers Observed several clear spry bottles with purple liquid inside without a name label, located underneath the dishwasher machine. Per staff, the liquids inside the bottles were degreaser. Discussed with staff that, working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Staff corrected by placing name labels on the bottles.

Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Observed two pipes extended below the floor rim of the floor sink, located underneath the handwashing sink by the entrance of the back door. Discussed with the person in charge that the draining pipes should have an air gap of 1 inch or more above the rim of the floor drain. The person in charge was asked to fix and maintain.
