Core-6-501.114, C: Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter Several pieces of large damaged unused equipment stored outside. Discussed with Person In Charge that all unnecessary equipment is to be removed to prevent rodent harborage and area is cleanable.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 1 Core Violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection report emailed Entire Establishment is running electrical power off of two large generators at the back exterior of the facility. Owner said that the electrical panels on the exterior of building caught fire in April. Fire Department was called and the establishment voluntary discarded TCS food in coolers and closed for three months. No fire or fire damage to interior of restaurant. Establishment opened two weeks ago on generated power. Owner said that it could be as long at 8-12 months before permanent connected electrical power is restored. Discussed and requested written procedures from owner in the event that power is lost again and that the owner contact Environmental Services if power is lost again. Provided language in code section 8-404.11 (Ceasing operations and reporting) in Email. Will follow-up with Supervisor, establishment and will be awaiting written procedures from owner.
