Mike P called and said generated power went out several times over weekend. Establishment was voluntarily closed over the weekend and TCS food discarded that was out of temp above 41*F. On Saturday 9/17/22 a refrigerated truck was delivered onsite and frozen foods moved to truck. At time of inspection it was verified truck was maintaining frozen foods. At time of inspection 9/19/2022 power was back on for 24 hours according to PIC and Internal temperatures of food items in walk in cooler/reach-in coolers where at 39*F when measured. PIC also said there is a "part" for the generator that is on order and it supposed to be delivered today. PIC will voluntary close and notify this department if power is lost again. Discussed taking temperatures and logging time of TCS food if power is lost. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Emailed Report
