Walls, ceilings, and flooring shall be maintained in good repair so it is smooth and easily cleanable. Please repair prior to next routine inspection. Core-6-501.114, C: Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter ----- observed a build up of debris and unused broken equipment (too many to list). Advised PIC to have this area deep cleaned and decluttered. Please maintain the premises so it's free of any harborage conditions that could attract pests.
