PIC stocked the sinks with soap at time of inspection. Hand soap/cleanser must always be present to aid in reducing microorganisms and particulate matter found on hands. Residual moisture on the hands can increase the level of touch-contact associated bacterial transfer following handwashing.

Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained ----- Observed floor drains in masa production area that do not appear to be adequately draining. Most of the floor drains were missing drain cover. Advised person in charge (PIC) that plumbing shall be maintained in good repair to ensure it is operating properly.

Core-6-501.11, C: Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods ----- Observed wholes on walls, missing ceiling tiles, uneven and rough flooring exposing concrete and collecting water throughout the production area. Walls, ceilings, and flooring shall be maintained in good repair so it is smooth and easily cleanable. Please repair prior to next routine inspection. Core-6-501.114, C: Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter ----- observed a build up of debris and unused broken equipment (too many to list). Advised PIC to have this area deep cleaned and decluttered. Please maintain the premises so it's free of any harborage conditions that could attract pests.
