PIC stocked the sinks with soap at time of inspection. Hand soap/cleanser must always be present to aid in reducing microorganisms and particulate matter found on hands. PIC placed paper towel rolls at sinks. Please ensure that all hand sinks are always stocked with paper towels and have functioning paper towel dispensers so that employees can properly dry their hands. Residual moisture on the hands can increase the level of touch-contact associated bacterial transfer following handwashing.

This establishment received a(n) B Grade and had 0 Priority, 2 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection. Processing area was not preparing tortillas at time of inspection. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM): Establishment does not have a current CFPM. Advised Person in Charge (PIC) that the PIC shall be the Certified Food Protection Manager, and per paragraph 2-101.11, and be present during all hours of operation. PIC stated they will obtain a Food Protection Manager certification as soon as possible. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Emailed inspection report.
