Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence. ====Observed several live ants and spiders on top and around the top portion of the large high temperature dish machine. Ants appear to be descending from the ceiling tiles on to the metal vents to the below dish machine unit. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). Per records posted Integrated Pest Management was completed on 9/29/2021. PIC will place work order with licensed pest company to address insects listed. =========== If pest are found, approved means of pest control are used.
