VIRTUAL INSPECTION -- COVID --19 This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. The kitchen is currently being remodeled. The equipment has been removed and finishes are in the process of being replaced. In the warehouse area, there is dry storage and a walk-in cooler and freezer in operation. Currently, 8 sites are being supplied with summer meals. The meals/snacks were prepared and frozen prior to the remodel. No food production is occurring and the cook/chill foods are not being prepared under the variance. Person in charge was made aware of their inspection rights: Joleen H. No County legal action will result from this inspection. The inspection report was emailed and confirmed at time of inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
