Observed organic matter accumulation on the beverage wire grating within the walk-in cooler on the left side of the beer refrigerator. Establishment should be keeping Non-food contact surfaces free of soil and bioaccumulation, and cleaning at a frequency that reduces the build up of visible organic matter. Instructed person in charge (PIC) to wash, rinse, and sanitize the wire grating at time of inspections.

Instructed PIC to keep all areas free of litter and articles that are not needed for the operation to prevent possible pest harborage.
