Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence >>> Observed a 30+ ants within the Test Kitchen, along the back wall of the personnel reach-in cooler. Ants made an exit hole in the wall in the back storage room. Person in charge (PIC) provided an invoice of pest control done on premises on 11/29/2022. All permitted food establishments must maintain premises free of insects and pests. Instructed person in charge (PIC) to have establishment Re-serviced by a certified pest applicator, and follow up with a deep clean of the storage closet.
