This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. *Observed self cleaning oven directly attached to a hand sink with no visible backflow preventer device in test kitchen. Person in charge indicated that the food produced in the test kitchen is not for sale or promotional sampling and is purely for research and development purposes. Inspector informed person in charge that self cleaning ovens in permitted establishments require a remodel permit from county plan review and appropriate backflow preventer devices* A copy of the inspection report was emailed. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
