Observed employees putting lemon and lime wedges into drinks using bare hands. Had employee get tongs to use for drink garnishes. Employees washed hands at time of inspection. RTE foods must not be handled with bare hands to prevent spread of bacteria and contamination. Tongs/picks should be utilized for drink garnishes.

Also observed general grime buildup on outside of reach in freezer by dishwashing area. Clean and clean at a frequency to maintain clean.

Provide CFPM onsite prior to next routine inspection. This establishment received a B Grade and had 1 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 3 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed to PIC.
