Please repair and maintain in good repair. Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Observed floor under metal racks in dry storage room to have accumulation of food, debris, and a sticky dried liquid. Cleaning should be conducted at a frequency to prevent accumulation of food and other debris. Please clean and maintain clean.
