Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Observed accumulation of dust around ceiling air vents above cookline and ceiling tiles to be turning black. Observed accumulation of dust on ceiling and around air control of walk in fridge unit and a foul, mold-like smell in walk in. Observed food splatter on walls throughout back of restaurant and food debris under equipment throughout back of restaurant. Also observed grease buildup of fume hood above stove and drips of grease on outside of hood. Please address and clean. Clean at a frequency to prevent buildup of food debris, dust, dirt, organic matter, and other matter. 4th Consecutive Violation.
