Stopped onsite to assess draining of floor drain for hand sink and prep sink BOH. PIC showed invoice for 7/12/2022 of attempt to clear clog that was unsuccessful. PIC stated a different company is scheduled to power wash/clear drain tonight, 7/13, at 7pm, after business hours. Establishment has been using hand sink FOH. // Correction of violation #45 noted on routine inspection conducted on 7/12/2022 was observed. A reinspection will be conducted tomorrow, 7/13, to check floor drain. Failure to correct could result in additional violations.
